House Rules

1. No smoking inside the Home.

2. Absolutely no events or parties are allowed. Gatherings of more than 15 people at any given time are prohibited

3. No pets allowed.

4. This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood to ensure that your stay is not interrupted due to a noise compliant adhere to the following rules:


The city noise ordinance is in effect after 10:00PM until 7:00AM. Any person in your party who violates any provision of this ordinance will be fined $100 per violation. House rules will be strictly enforced and any violation can result in the immediate cancellation of your stay and forfeiture of funds paid.

5. No Parties

6. A maximum of 3 cars can be parked on the street. Driveway parking is not permitted as the sidewalk will be blocked and a ticket can be issued.

7. Propane gas for the grill is not provided. The Propane tank is provided it just needs to be filled with gas if it is empty. Should you utilize the grill you will need to supply your own propane gas in the tank. Due to the fact that nobody cleans the grill before they leave and I'm unable to charge to have it clean, if the grill is dirty and you wish to use it you must clean before you use it, but you do not need to clean it when you are done.

8. Children need to be supervised by and adult when on the outdoor deck at all times.

9. Ensure all parts to the board games and outdoor basketball game are returned to their original location.

10. Do not disturb the landscaping or mulch.

11. There is an additional charge for any missing inventory items. Towels and linen that have irremovable stains, including makeup, will be billed to you upon checkout.

Replacement costs are as follows:

Bath Towels- $20.00

Hand Towels-$10.00

Wash Cloths-$7.00

12. Please ensure that if the outdoor grill if used during your stay that the cover is replaced after use.

13. Do not move the location of indoor or outdoor furniture.

14. There are cameras located on the outside of the home only for security and maintenance purposes. Do not tamper with the security equipment.

15. Discard of excess trash in the black trash can located on the side of the home. Trash pick up dates are on Friday’s. Please place the black trash can out to the curb for pickup on Thursday night for pickup. Once empty return it to the original location.

16. There is no garage access.

17. Smart TV Only. (No Cabel)

18. Living Room Door that Leds out to the deck is for Emergency Exit only. Please do not use. Only use sliding Glass door next to the piano room to access the backyard and deck.

The space
The home is 2200 sqft with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Accommodates 8 people with 4 Queen size beds and a pack and play. There is a large open concept great room that boasts a baby grand piano, 15x15 living room, dining rooms with a 10ft table that seats 8 and gourmet kitchen. Experience outdoor views through the 20ft glass doors and a 400 sqft deck. Throw some food on the bbq grill. Enjoy the beautiful San Diego sunsets while cozying up on the deck.
Neighborhood overview
The home is located in one of the safest, most central neighborhoods in San Diego. Downtown, the zoo, beach and SeaWorld are a 10-15 minute car ride or Uber, and major attractions like the Wild Animal Park and Lego Land are less than a 30 minute drive.
